New year, new look and new direction for AboutProperty.co.uk

AboutProperty.co.uk has now relaunched. The site, which has been running since 2005, has expanded its focus from pure UK property news to include five information-packed new channels: Home improvement & interiors, In the garden, Overseas property, Ask the expert and Blogs.

Overseen by new editor Ele Cooper, AboutProperty has also undergone a thorough redesign, abandoning its former 'retro' look in favour of a beautiful, easy-to-use, fresh new appearance.

"While reporting on the latest UK property news remains a priority for the site, it now also offers a wealth of content covering everything from how to treat damp to buying property in Albania to the season's top ten standalone bath tubs," says Ele.

Regular features include 'Property of the week' for both the UK and overseas channels, and a weekly 'Ask the expert' Q&A in which a reader receives advice from an industry expert on a real-life problem.

Ele says, "It's a very exciting time for AboutProperty. My hope is that by combining timely property news, practical home improvement and gardening advice and style-focused interiors features, we will retain the readers who have been loyal to the site for the past five years but also attract newcomers keen to learn how to make their house a home."
